2014 marks the 50th anniversary of a British invasion of America.

On Sunday, Feb. 9, 50 years ago the Beatles stepped foot inside the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York. It marked John, Paul, George and Ringo's first American TV appearance. Some 74 million people tuned in. And music would never be the same. 

The Beatles: The Night That Changed America - A GRAMMY Salute will be broadcast exactly 50 years to the day, date and time of the original event, Sunday, Feb. 9 (8:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. 

Performers include Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Maroon 5, John Mayer, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Pharrell Williams, The Eurythmics' Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart, Dave Grohl, Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry, Dhani Harrison, Gary Clark Jr. and more.
