Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance at the opening ceremony of the inaugural European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan and she brought down the house with "Imagine."
Music and sports fan alike were stunned as she performed an emotional rendition of John Lennon's “Imagine” while seated at a gorgeous, flower-laden piano.

In a statement, Mother Monster said, "I'm extremely honoured to be playing at the Opening Ceremony in Baku, and to be celebrating all of the amazing athletes who will compete in the European Games in this beautiful city."
She added, "I had such a great time with the audience. It felt like we were in my bedroom singing songs and imagine life was more simple."
