Rapper Missy Elliott is reportedly joining the Super Bowl Halftime Show as Katy Perry's surprise guest.
During the NFL conference on Thursday, Katy Perry teased that the most-watched TV special would feature an "old school" female artist.
Katy Perry revealed, "When you hear the first ring of the chord. I think jaws will drop and faces will melt."
The Grammy award winner rapper was featured on a remix of Katy Perry's fun song "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" in 2011 but it is unclear what song she will perform at the primetime show.Katy Perry also previously revealed the appearance of "an incredible rock & roll icon, a guitar god" Lenny Kravitz.
