LISTEN: BEYONCE, JAY-Z SUED OVER GRAMMY-NOMINATED 'DRUNK IN LOVE'

Beyonce and husband Jay-Z are now facing a lawsuit filed by a Hungarian folk singer, involving the Grammy-nominated hit "Drunk In Love," for which Timbaland is a producer.

Reports say, "Internationally acclaimed Hungarian Roma singer" Mónika Juhász Miczura, known as Mitsou, claims that her voice in 1995 song "Bajba, Bajba Pelem" was sampled and digitally- manipulated without her permission for Beyonce's Grammy-nominated "Drunk in Love."

Mitsou pertains to the 13-second intro of "Drunk In Love;"

The suit, which was filed Friday in Manhattan civil court, says the sampling "evokes foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics performed by Beyonce and Jay Z."

Could this be the original intro in "Drunk In Love?"
