Circulating now on the internet, Justin Bieber has been cleared of legal troubles for allegedly stealing a fan's cell phone at Dave & Buster's in Los Angeles in August.
According to TMZ website, law enforcement sources told TMZ that they reviewed security cam footage from the Dave & Buster's, as well as the cell phone video shot by the fan, and Justin Bieber did lunge for the phone but DIDN'T manage to touch the fan.
