The beautiful, 20-year-old explained that she had to bleach and dye it red "every other week" on the Nickelodeon show "Sam & Cat" and that completely destroyed her natural hair.
Ariana added that she wears extensions in a pony tail because her natural hair looks absurd when she lets it down.
At the end of the Instagram post, Ariana Grande begged, "gimme a break about the hair or just don't look at me lol)."
