With her status as one of the most successful and popular female artists, Taylor Swift had Hollywood Boulevard shut down for her outdoor performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Thursday night.

Before nearly 15,000 screaming fans, Taylor Swift sang two of the songs from her first official pop album "1989" as a promotion.

The country-turned-pop superstar performed "Out Of The Woods" and the catchy "Shake It Off."

Country pop superstar  Taylor Swift has released a brand new song called "Out Of The Woods" following the catchy hit "Shake It Off."

Known for her talent of writing songs about her past relationships, this song is rumored to be all about Taylor's past love Harry Styles (of One Direction).

In an interview for Rolling Stone, Taylor revealed that the chorus of the song was inspired by a snowmobile ride. She said that her ex lost control and she saw her own life flash before her eyes. She also revealed that they both had to go to the ER, but that she was, "not as hurt."

"Out Of the Woods" is a song from Taylor's upcoming album "1989," which is due out on Oct. 27.
